Please take a frontal view photo of your face from head to shoulders. Make sure to smile wide, but natural, and show as many teeth as possible. Please focus on the teeth while shooting the photo. See below for example:

Please take a close-up of your natural smile. Again, please do not use the selfie camera. It is always best to have someone take the photo for you using the back camera of your phone. Use the same natural smile as the full-face photo.
