Reminders:

1. Our cancellation/rescheduling policy allows our patients to make changes to his/her appointment 48 business hours before the appointment. If the patient cancels/reschedules within that 48 business hours, there is a rescheduling fee. Please be aware that if your appointment falls on a Monday, you have until Wednesday the week before to make changes to your appointment without penalty due to being closed on the weekends. We do not accept changes through text message.

2. There is 2 hr. free parking located @461 N. Bedford. We have a tight schedule, so please be on time, & allow an extra 15 minutes to find parking.

3. We have an extremely tight schedule, so please take into account traffic, parking, and finding our office. Allow yourself enough time to make it on time to your appointment. We recommend leaving 30 minutes earlier than you expect just to ensure you are at your appointment on time. If you arrive late, we might have to either reschedule or cut your appointment short for patients after you.

We try our best to see all of our patients on time, and we strive to give the best patient care. Please know that rescheduling/canceling and showing up late negatively affects our practice. If you have any questions before your appointment, please do not hesitate to ask!
